These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Member", "User", "Player") and luk4d ("luk4d", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the luk4d online gaming and sports betting platform available at luk4d.click and any associated mobile applications, services, features, or content (collectively, the "Platform").
By accessing the Platform, completing the registration process, depositing funds, or placing any wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. Any Account found to be operated by a person under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, all funds forfeited, and the matter may be reported to relevant authorities. To access the full features of the luk4d Platform, you are required to register an Account by providing accurate personal information including, but not limited to, your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and a valid Malaysian mobile number. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
Each Member is permitted to hold one (1) Account only. luk4d employs automated and manual detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, luk4d reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void any pending wagers, and withhold any balances pending investigation.
You are responsible for all activity conducted through your Account. You must not share your login credentials with any third party. luk4d will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login details. In the event of suspected unauthorised access, you must notify luk4d support immediately.
luk4d is required to verify the identity of all Members before processing withdrawal requests. You may be asked to provide:
KYC verification is typically completed within 24 to 48 hours of submission. luk4d reserves the right to request additional documentation at its discretion. Failure to complete KYC may result in the suspension of withdrawal privileges.
By using the luk4d Platform, you agree to comply with all applicable rules, policies, and guidelines published on the Platform. Your access is personal, non-transferable, and limited to lawful recreational use only.
You acknowledge and accept that all forms of online gambling carry inherent financial risk. luk4d does not guarantee any outcome, return, or profit from any wager placed on the Platform. The results of all games and sports betting markets are determined by certified random number generators or real-world sporting outcomes, as applicable.
luk4d reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its discretion, particularly where fraudulent activity, abuse of promotional offers, collusion, match-fixing, or any other prohibited conduct is suspected or confirmed.

The primary currency of the Platform is Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM). All account balances, wagering requirements, bonus amounts, and withdrawal limits are denominated in MYR unless otherwise stated. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to MYR equivalent at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of crediting.
luk4d does not charge fees on deposits made via supported payment methods. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which luk4d bears no responsibility.
Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply per transaction and per payment method. These are displayed on the Deposit page within your account. Members who have activated responsible gambling deposit limits will be subject to those limits regardless of the standard platform maximums.
ℹ️ Important: All deposited funds must originate from a payment method registered in the Member's own name. Third-party deposits are not permitted and may result in account suspension and fund forfeiture pending investigation.

Withdrawals must be directed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically possible. This policy is in place to comply with anti-money laundering obligations. Exceptions may be made at luk4d's discretion, subject to additional verification.
All bonuses, promotions, free bets, cashback offers, and loyalty rewards offered by luk4d are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between the general terms set out here and a specific promotion's terms, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail.
Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion, bonus funds are subject to a wagering requirement before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are calculated as a multiple of the bonus amount (for example, a 20x wagering requirement on a MYR 100 bonus requires MYR 2,000 in qualifying wagers). Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — contribution rates are specified in the relevant promotion terms.
luk4d monitors wagering patterns to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: low-risk hedging strategies designed to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk, exploitation of promotional terms through multiple accounts, and coordinated wagering with other Members. Any Member found to be abusing bonus offers will have their bonuses voided, and luk4d reserves the right to withhold associated winnings and close the Account.
luk4d operates a tiered loyalty programme. Tier status, benefits, and upgrade criteria are outlined within the Platform. Birthday bonuses are tier-dependent and subject to a minimum wagering activity requirement in the 30 days preceding the bonus claim. Birthday bonus amounts range from MYR 188 (Bronze) to MYR 2,688 (VIP) and are indicative — luk4d reserves the right to amend these figures.
luk4d reserves the right to accept or decline any wager at its sole discretion, including but not limited to situations where technical errors, pricing errors, or suspicious betting patterns are detected. Bets are only confirmed once a written confirmation or unique bet reference is issued to the Member by the Platform.
In the event of a manifest error in odds, payout calculations, or game results caused by technical or human error, luk4d reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes to Members' accounts. luk4d will not honour winnings arising from palpable errors.
Maximum single-bet payout limits apply across all sports and casino products. These limits are product-specific and displayed within the relevant betting interface. Winnings exceeding the stated maximum payout for a market will be capped at the applicable limit regardless of the theoretical return.
All casino games available on the luk4d Platform utilise certified random number generators (RNG). Stated RTP (Return to Player) percentages reflect the theoretical long-term average and are not a guarantee of individual session results. Sports betting outcomes are determined by real-world sporting events and luk4d accepts no responsibility for the results of those events.

Members are granted a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. No content may be reproduced, distributed, modified, publicly displayed, or used for any commercial purpose without the prior written consent of luk4d.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, luk4d and its officers, directors, employees, affiliates, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:
luk4d's total aggregate liability to any Member in connection with any single claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Member in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall limit or exclude liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
luk4d reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Member's Account at any time, with or without prior notice, for any reason including but not limited to breach of these Terms and Conditions, suspected fraudulent activity, or regulatory requirements. Where an Account is closed for breach of these terms, any remaining balance may be withheld pending investigation.
Members may close their Account at any time by contacting luk4d customer support. Upon closure, any remaining real money balance (after deduction of any pending bonus funds subject to uncompleted wagering requirements) will be refunded to the Member via their preferred withdrawal method, subject to the completion of KYC verification.
Upon termination of an Account, all rights granted to the Member under these Terms and Conditions shall immediately cease. Provisions of this Agreement that by their nature should survive termination — including intellectual property rights, limitation of liability, and dispute resolution — shall continue in full force and effect.
luk4d reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Members via in-platform notification or email to the registered address on file.
The most current version of these Terms and Conditions will always be available at luk4d.click/terms-conditions. The date of the last update is displayed at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your binding acceptance of the revised terms.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms and Conditions or your use of the Platform, luk4d and the Member shall first attempt to resolve the matter amicably through direct negotiation.
If a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation within thirty (30) days, either party may escalate the matter through applicable dispute resolution mechanisms. All disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of competent jurisdiction as determined by the applicable governing law.
Any claim by a Member must be brought within twelve (12) months of the event giving rise to the claim. Claims brought outside this limitation period will be time-barred and not entertained.
